enlist her friends, that how we got through to Alan sometimes. In the end we had to send him out of the country to make him see what a good life he had. Once he saw the life my sisters and their kids led in Chatham, he started changing his tune. Then a 6 month stint in the middle of nowhere in France with my parents, completed the task. Hopefully, you will be able to achieve what you need without all the secondary stuff. Teenagers are hell!
I live with my husband, son, two daughters, a dog, and a cat in a nice house in a nice neighbourhood in New England. It's hard to define exactly who I am. Sometimes I'm a leader but usually I'm a follower. I like to be different but I'm not a trendsetter. I want to be liked. I admire people who are witty, clever, intelligent, creative, resourceful, efficient, kind, diplomatic, articulate, fair and thoughtful. I try to be all those things. This blog is me. I don't name names (to protect the innocent) and I don't always share the things that affect me the most but I am honest and what I write is the truth.
If you figure out how to get a teen to talk, please let me in on it. (I did find texting to help with this though!)
